    CWndSession Monitor: iexplore.exe Application Error

    I am getting the following error every time I close explorer:

    CWndSession Monitor: iexplore.exe - Application Error

    X The instruction at "0x)138ea8" referenced memory at "0x01381ea8". The memory could not be "read".

    Click on OK to terminate the program.

    OK

    I do not know what to do?

    Can someone help me?
