problem with sidebar

My laptop booted up with the sidebar working perfectly, but when I booted it the other day the sidebar wouldn't appear. I've also tried to open the sidebar but I keep getting this mesage;

what happens to those who installed Gadgets are not compatible with the language of your operating system ... the solution is easier than you think ..

The first thing is you have to go to the following address: C: \ Program Files \ Windows Sidebar \ Gadgets, that's where they are installed, go to the folder of gadget on problems within the folder, there are folders containing the languages with names like "IN, us-en, fr, zh, blabla", the first two solutions is that you change your folder name "IN" by EN, the other way does not work if the first option is that copies the contents the language of a root folder previous example:

The solution:

1. Stop windows sidebar, leaving the application.
2. Open the command line (programs; accessories; symbol system) EYE have to enter as an administrator.
3. Digita regsvr32 msxml3.dll <enter>
4. Digita regsvr32 scrrun.dll <enter>
5. Digita regsvr32 jscript.dll <enter>
6. When you enter in each command will leave you a message that was recorded service, something like - DllRegisterServer in <filename> succeeded --
7. You should now be opened without problems the sidebar.
