Nod32 Update

Hello PC geniuses. Help with Nod32 please!
Ok so my problem:
It tells me I have an out of date version! And to upgrade immediately to ensure new things will be detected.
^threats?

So I kinda need help on HOW
I looked on the website but it seems I either do a trial run or download/buy it again. Is there any way of avoiding these options but still updating it?

Sounds to me like a product update, they want you to buy the latest and greatest, which when it comes to NOD to me is worth it.

Does that mean I HAVE to buy it?

Unless you know of another way to get the program then I'd assume you have to buy it. You might want to email them and ask though, some company's will let you update the program itself at no additional cost. Although that is very rare nowdays
