Office 2002 clip organizer error message

Running Windows XP Pro with MS Office 2002 SP3. When trying to insert clip art into an office program or utilizing the MS clip organizer I receive the following error message. "Clip Organizer cannot complete the operations. Class not registered error code 0x80040154. Microsoft knowledge base references problems with MDAC components out of date. I checked the MDAC component with the MS MDAC checker and MDAC is up to date. Error message states class not registered. Is this a call to a dll file that is either the wrong version or not registered properly or is something else causing this error.

Hi, This is John from Microsoft, sorry you are having problems with COrg. I realize your MDAC is up to date, but could you try reinstalling MDAC and let me know what happens?

Reinstalled MDAC and that corrected the problem, thanks again.
