Hello saharika, I work a lot with music, infact I am a producer. And trust me, there is no way you can take out the vocals from a track and just leave the beat. They are mixed too well together. If you did the result would sound like nothing but bass and some muddy distorted version of the beat.

as Hiphop Scenes said, there is no way to take out vocals from a song.

however, i have done this using CoolEdit Pro, which could cut vocals. the effect is not very well, but you can have a try.

after you download and installed CoolEdit (the version i used is Pro 2.1), open your music, and choose "Effects/Amplitude/Channel Mixer..." from main menu, then select "Vocal Cut" in the popup dialog, it will cut vocal voice from your song for you.

It is possible to get the music out of song if you have a appropriate format of the audio. In case of most recent formats this is much more easy. For that you will need to use Audacity. In that drag your song and on the left side where you can see two buttons Mono & Solo, above that you can see the name of song. Click on the drop down box and then click on Split Stereo Track. There are other more advance options that you can try to get a better quality of the ripped music.
