Does this software can protect my laptop's information?

I use this software - My WIFI Router- to create a free wifi on my laotop. I want to know does this software can protect my laptop's information when other device connect to my wifi hotspot?

Portable wifi software does not comes with strong security. If you do not want anyone to access your data then you must disable Windows Sharing. This turn off all shared folders and its access. Second you must use a strong wifi password so that no one can guess it or hack it through a any tool. Use special characters, hypens, etc. That will help you more in keeping your wifi secure. But before that turn off file sharing.
