PC Doctor Hardware Diagnostic Tool gives an error message saying " Known Compatibility Issues"

My system came preinstall with PC Doctor Hardware Diagnostic Tool and I have recently installed windows 7 on it. The problem that I am facing now is that when I am trying to run it then I am getting an error message saying “Known Compatibility Issues". I don’t have much idea about it and I want to know if there is anything I can try to fix it. Help regarding this will be appreciated.

I think that the version of PC Doctor Hardware Diagnostic that you are having is not compatible with windows 7. You will have to install the one that is supported by windows 7. Just download this sp44357.exe [1/1, 96.6M] file . This version of PC Doctor has support for all of the below operating system.

I don’t think you should get the same error message again after installing the above version of PC Doctor Tool. If you face any issue further then you can feel free to ask.

Even I need some help regarding the same currently I am running Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit) in my system, PC Doctor Tool had came preinstalled in my case as well. Previously I was getting the same error message saying “Known Compatibility Issues". Later I installed sp44357.exe [1/1, 96.6M] and dint faced the same error again but now when I am performing system recovery then I am getting an error message saying 0xe0ef0003. I don’t know what that means, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it a couple of times but no avail, I am still getting the same error message.
