| Windows will not open- 'repair product in control panel'
I was in the middle of doing uni work and my computer crashed and when i restarted it, windows would not open. It said i should repair in in the control panel. I tried to do this (following online instructions) but it will not work as it says i have no internet connection, which i do!! I dont know if this matters, but my internet is Ethernet. Is there any way i can fix this. Thank you!  |

Do you mean to say that Windows wont boot to the desktop? What is the operating system you haveare using in your pc/laptop? What is the computer specifications that you have or if it is a laptop then what is its make or model number? Usually, when you say ethernet, then it means that it is a port where you connect the RJ45 wire to get internet. |
