Getting Error Code 80df0009 "Sorry Movie Maker can't start"

Hello I have installed windows XP operating system and everything working fine without any issue although last week I am not able to start Movie Maker when I try to start Movie Maker I get error message saying that: “Error Code 80df0009 "Sorry Movie Maker can't start”, so does anyone how to get rid this error message and so that I can work with the Movie Maker. i have tried the lots of solution to solve this issue but nothing helped me to solve mine issue. even i have contacted Microsoft but they have not replies yet.

First of all check that your PC has the latest video driver installed. To check you need to go through the below steps: first make click on the start and after that click on run. Now on the run type: dxdiag and after that make click on ok button. Now you will get the DirectX Diagnostic Tool and under that you will get the message asking to check if your drivers are digitally signed, click on yes. Now go to the Display tab and under that you will get the details of video card and manufacturer and along with details. Now once you just finished this go to official website and then install latest video driver for your system.

Please attach your log files and so that we understand your issue. So please attach log file in next post. To generate log file go through this steps: go to start and after that make click on run. Now on run type: eventvwr and after that make click on the ok button. Now in left pane, right-click Application and Click Save Log File As. Save this file where you want and next post this log file. Before this make sure you have installed the latest Movie Maker, if you have not installed latest Movie Maker then I would like suggest install latest Movie Maker from Microsoft website.
