Outlook 2010 error code 554 transaction failed spam

i have a computer with outlook 2010 on it and for some reason i cant seem to send emails to one particular domain. i cant seem to reach any email address at hsbc. any ideas as to why i'm getting this message??? (note: all of the email addresses have been x'd out to protect email addresses)

In that case i think that you should try out the below three solutions in the same order.

First try out deleting and recreating the email account
if that does not help then try out reinstalling Outlook 2010
if even that is not helping then you will have to try out system restore to a point when things were working fine.

hmm... i didnt even think about deleting the account and setting it up again. i'll try that and see what happens.

it's a new pc set up. there are no old settings. but i've set this up the same way i set up every other pc in this office
