Uniblue Powersuite vs Tuneup Utilities

Am having 2 PCs at my home, both running on different OS, one on Windows XP and one on Windows 7. Its been long time i formatted these PCs and hence they are now getting slower day by day. S. o i need a software to increase their performance rather than formatting them unnecessarily. I have 2 choices, that are Tuneup Utilities and Uniblue Powersuite. Could guys please help me decide the better one among these ? Thanks.
