Disable copy and paste in word

Hi i have some important word files. It contains the client details and the payment records. This word document are share by my office colleagues for office purpose. but i dont want them to copy anything from that file. is there way to disable the copy paste function in ms word.

hey its not possible in Microsoft word. you can write macros that intercept the built-in commands but it wont help. but it is better that you convert word documents in to pdf using all the security measures available in Adobe Acrobat, it is more secure than word.

You can not disable copy paste feature in MS word. why dont you use Microsoft excel. in excel you can disable copy and paste feature. See this How to disable Copy and Paste features in MS Excel topic posted in Windows Software section

As already mentioned above it is not possible to do the same in ms word.
