How do I get the snipping tool to work on Windows 7?

I've some how disabled the Snipping Tool on my computer. I think it has something to do with my drawing tablet software but I'm not 100% sure. I've tried the Windows program way of disabling the Tablet softwares then restarting and than enabling them again but that did not work... does anyone have any idea on how to diagnose or fix this? Any help would be appreciated!

Before i suggest you something about the same i just wanted to know are you getting any error message when you are trying to run it?? if yes then post the same here so i can have a better idea of the issue you are facing and will try to help you out with the same. Other thing i wanted to ask is that have you got windows updates recently?? as i have found a no of people mentioning that the Snipping Tool has stooped working in their case after getting windows update and all.
