Getting many reminders of viruses on my windows vista 32 computer

i have windows vista home premium 32 bit and my microsoft security essentials is always giving me many reminders of potential threats such as
Backdoor:win32/qakbot.gen!c* and this potential threat came up 2 times.
backdoor:win32/qakbot.gen!dat and this potential threat came up 5 times.
Exploit:JS/Blacole.CT

Please help me i am getting many reminders of viruses what should I do!

First try to delete Temporary files as well as Temporary Internet files like history and cookies ,here you can use the same and after that run thorough scan with recommended antivirus and anti-malware tools like SUPERAntiSpyware or MalwareBytes AntiMalware and see if it is making any difference.

already have i tried everything deleted temporary internet files scanned with superantispyware,etc it says it detected viruses and it said that it removed them but microsoft security essentials keeps giving my reminders of potential threats on the computer. what should i do to remove the virus i dont want to lose my files on the computer so is there a way of doing it without losing my files

See if it is a system file and it is asking you to delete the same then you can go for it and later get the same file from some other windows vista 32 system and put in yours, if it is from your files then i think that you don't have any other option if you had not taken a back up of the same earlier
