Error message 0x80092013 while authorizing Win 7 laptop with my iTunes account

Recently I bought laptop with windows 7. When I try to authorize my new laptop with my iTunes account then an error occurs. The error was not with the oldest version of iTunes. The error message is Error message 0x80092013 . Do you have any ideas what is it?

I was using iTunes 10.5.3.3 version in my windows 7 then it was working. Then I have upgraded the version of my iTunes to 10.6 then there was the similar error. The iTunes version 10.6 was giving this error. Then I removed these version and put the oldest one i.e. itunes10.5.3.3. Then everything was working very fine. If you have the new version remove that put the oldest upgrade i.e. iTunes 10.5.3.3 then it will work.

The previous version was working fine with me but after upgrading the version same thing happened to me it had became a big issue to me. Now I can’t even check the updates I receive a message "The iTunes update server could not be contacted, check your Internet connection or try again later. While running the network connection diagnostic the secure link of iTunes fails.
I spoke with two senior apple support technicians. I allowed one of the two technicians to remote into my system. They too could not solve this issue.

I have this problem so I spoke with the apple technician. Till now they have 30 official reports regarding this issue they are now looking it as a issue and trying to solve it. these is an big issue as being an new update it has several problem at starting itself
