InDesign cs5.5 - free templates

Hi please help me!
I am new enough to InDesign cs5.5 and was wondering if any free templates come with the software?? if so, how do I find them??? I am looking for newsletter templates?? thanks

I think that you create a template the same way you create a regular document; the only difference occurs when you save the document. When you prepare a template for others to use, you may want to add a layer containing instructions about the template; hide or delete the layer before printing the document.
