I was using AnyDVD 6.7.7 Version. But when I was trying to copy HD the system hangs at 40%. Then I have update to version 7.0.0 then it hangs at 41%. What is the exact problem I can’t get , please help me?

These same problems have occurred with me. You can reply the fault to the anyDVD forum. But can send the AnyDVD zip file to anyDVD forum. While creating the AnyDVD zip see that the AnyDVD is running. There are many people in the forum thatwho will like to help.

It may be problem with the hardware if it is then check the following steps:
See on your system tray. There will be a fox, right click on fox.
After it is over check the computer properties. There you will find hardware option select that.
Then you will find device manager. Then open DVD/CDrom branch. Then on the optical drive properties select the region.
