You should try this solution to fix this problem. you have to first click on the red fox icon and after that you have to locate to the drives and after that you to check you optical driver is selected in the selection or not? if it is not then select it. After that your problem will get solved.

In my computer i was also experiencing same problem and then I have come to know that any software like Musicmatch Jukebox, Pinnacle software, Arcsoft Photo impressions can cause this problem. in my system I was using Musicmatch Jukebox problem. After that I have uninstalled that program from my computer and then AnyDVD has started working properly. In your computer if you are using any software’s then remove it and then your problem might get solved.

I hope this information will be helpful for you.

In your computer if you are using IDE burner then you can try to solve this problem by reinstalling the Microsoft ide busmaster drivers. Many times reinstalling the driver can also solve this problem.

If after doing this also you get same problem then reinstall AnyDVD in your computer and after reinstalling AnyDVD wsee whether it makes any diffidence or not?

To reinstall Microsoft ide busmaster drivers you have to do below steps.

    • First open device manager.
    • After that you have to look for the PCI IDE Bus Master controller.
    • Right click on it.
    • After that you have to uninstall it.
    • You have to also remove CD/DVD ROM driver.
    • Restart your PC
    • Now you will see new hardware detected message.
    • Now let your system install drivers automatically.
    • Restart your computer again.

According to me there is no need to reinstall drivers. All you need to do is open AnyDVD software and after that you have to "Enable AnyDVD" option from the program settings and after that you will not see any error message. I hoep this solution will be helpful for you.

You have to download latest version AnyDVD from internet and then you have to first remove AnyDVD 6.1.2.5 from your computer and after you have to install new version in your computer. After installing new version check what the situation is?
