Unable to reinstall Nero 10 Multimedia Suite

Hello I have installed the Nero General Clean Up Tool to remove remaining Nero software on mine system and along with this I have also used the Microsoft RegEdit several time although when I tried to install Nero Multimedia Suite 10 on mine windows XP system I have got the error message saying that:” Another version of this product is already installed. To configure or remove the existing version of this product, use Add/Remove Program on the Control Panel". So can anyone suggest me how to solve this issue, thanks in advance…

I just confused why you’re using Nero General Clean Up Tool, if you have installed the Nero 9 previously then you should uninstall previous version of Nero on your system in order to install Nero Multimedia 10 Suite.

There are two registry reasons and due to that you’re not able to reinstall Nero Multimedia 10 Suite. First one is Nero Dolby Files and the other is high-definition playback, so I would like to suggest you to remove the all Nero Dolby Files and the other is high-definition playback file on your system and after that let me know. To open the registry editor you need to go through the below steps: first make click on the start icon and after that click on the run type: Regedit and after that make click on the ok button. Now you will get the registry editor and under that remove all files and values related to Nero Dolby Files and the other is high-definition playback. Once you finish all this just save the setting and then reboot the system for best result.
