I am have a rather hard time with a few people not receiving emails from the outside. I have checked the RUS and updated it. The only other advice i have been given is to check our spam filtering. Mine was working now it is kind of a hit and a miss on what i receive. It is driving me insane. I don't know where to go from here it has been an ongoing issue for two months now. Any help is greatly appreciated

I think that untill your DNS server is listed at the proper DNS server for your people domain name, some or the other way you have to have your domain name resolve to your ISP provided public IP address. And if you dont have that, then you will not get inbound email at all. You can send it mail out and it will get to it's destination but you won't get mail in.

The problem is that everyone else can send emails to the outside in the company its just a few of us who aren't receiving them on the inside. Mostly when I create a new user.
