Is nero 11 capable of editing and saving video in 1080/60p format?

I have been using a Panasonic TM900 HD video camera which is capable of recording record 1080/60p (.m2ts files) and AVCHD, so I just wanted to know that can I use nero 11 for editing and saving video in 1080/60p format? Can I use it for writing AVCHD 2.0 disks on DVD+-R which has files in 1080/60p format? Is there anyone who has an idea about the same and can help me clearing my doubts??

As far as I am aware you can very well use nero for editing, creating & Importing, AVCHD, DVD etc . Just try it out without any doubts. Hope that helps.

Hey thanks for the same but then I also wanted to know that will the Nero Video maintain the file format it imports?? Suppose If the clip is in .m2ts format and is 1080p60 then the dvd that will get created will be having AVCHD 2.0 with 1080p60 on it, so will I be able to play it in a Blue-ray player? Wont it be changing clips in 1080p60 and 1080i60 when imported to Nero Video, do you have an idea about the same?? Or have you tried it out??

I have not tried out the same and that’s the reason that I am not sure as far as maintaining the format is concerned as you have suggested, I think that it will as you can specify deinterlacing in the recording format option and on the other hand the interlacing was developed for CRT, I am not very sure regarding how will it appear on tv, anyways to clear out your further doubts you can very well contact the tech support addressing the same question and see what they have to say about the same, I think that they will be having an answer for you.
