Random read speed results from Defraggler Benchmark Drive

I would like to know the random read speed from the 'Benchmark Drive' Defraggler, In my case I have got 1.30MB/s (with 19% fragmentation). This seems good but I don’t know how Defraggler executes random read speed test. I would like to compare my result with others. So I thought that posting a thread would be interesting. I am using Seagate ST9320423AS 320-GB HDD with 7200.4 SATA 3Gb/s and Windows 7. The Defraggler version is 2.08.373

Currently my computer has a Seagate ST310005 24AS SATA 1TB HDD and running Defraggler 'Benchmark Drive', it shows me three successive readings: 16.67, 16.35, 16.29 MB/s but the fragmentation was only 1% and it does not include restore points and hibernates.
