Well according to me if you want to solve this problem then you have to make sure that you have proper permissions on your hard disk. I am telling you this because this type of problem occurs if you don’t have permissions. Try this solution and then let me know what the result is.

If you want to modify the permission then you have to do following steps and then your problem will get solved.
  • First you have to Right-click the file or folder
  • After that click on Properties,
  • Then click on the Security tab.
  • Now click on Advanced,
  • After that click on the Owner tab.
  • Now on click Edit
  • And after that you have to do on the step from below.
  • Click the new owner from change owner box.
  • For taking ownership of the folder contents you need to choose the Replace owner on sub containers option.
  • After that click on OK.
After doing that you have to check whether it makes any difference or not?

I had a similar issue with Openoffice and then I have come to know that firewall and antivirus program in computer can also cause this problem and that is why I would like to tell you that you should disable firewall and antivirus program and then problem will get solved.
