    Creating preset of data in MS Excel 2007 cells

    I work on Microsoft Excel regularly. I need to get some columns or rows printed on multiple worksheets even though other data is different. In other words, I need to create preset of data for certain columns and rows for it to be printed on every sheet.

    Click on the Page Layout tab on the top of the Microsoft Excel window, then in the page setup section click on the Print Titles option. It provides you options to select columns and rows to have fixed data for every work sheet.
