MS Word 2007 crashes with Print Command

Maybe the Printer drivers have become corrupt which is resulting into crashing of software. Try installing drivers for printer again.

I fully agree with the above reply, but sometimes just re-installing drivers doesn’t help. You need to unplug Printer from your computer & uninstall drivers. You may need to install printer as it is completely new and being attached for the first time.

Also this kind of problems occurs when the hardware and the software do not match. Maybe you updated your operating system leading to mismatched configuration between drivers and softwares. Try regular updates for printer’s drivers.
