What is ShortcutsToTray for Windows?

Last night I was just seatching for the tools and softwares for windows and found that there is one software as ShortcutsToTray which can be used for having quick access for the favorite links and shortcuts as of the system tray. Can somebody post with some more information regarding this?

If somebody doesn’t want to make use of this then you can directly pin the things with the taskbar and you will be having direct access to that. I am using it in the same way and there is no need for any other software.
