Inserting a file in Word 2010 Document

I am creating a Form template in Word 2010 and would like to add an option for users to insert a file into the document.

Basically, a button or preferably an insert control that says Insert File or Browse Files, lets you pick a file from your computer and inserts it into the form as an ICON that the reviewer can double click to open.

    Thanks.

    Stan.

I have checked out for the same but then i have not yet found one doing so and even the articles and the other tutorial for creating a form has not listed the concept that you are asking for, i doubt if it is possible in Word 2010.
Create forms that users complete or print in Word
