VMware Fusion 4.0.2 process is at 100%

Hello friends, I am running the Fusion 4.02 on OS 10.7.2 on the i5 imac which is having 12 gig of RAM and 2 TB disk. Today when I tried to use some of the other application then I found that the processing was very slow. It was taking about 100 percent of the CPU uses. Can you tell me that what can be the reason for this and how can I get this problem resolved? If you have some suggestion for me then please let me know that.

What you can do is, just disable the folder sharing in order to share the local folders. I have read somewhere that it will result to some spiking CPU problems.

I think that you are running some more application in the background that is consuming the CPU uses. So just check that what are the processes that are running in the background and if you don’t want that process then just end that and it will help you to reduce the CPU uses.
