| Re: VMWare Player Freezing in Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit Host
I have Windows 7 installed on the host machine, and the virtual WXP, and everything works perfectly except the USB connection, when you start the VMware I get the following message: The connection to the VMware USB Arbitration Service was unsuccessful. Please check the status of SMS Phone in the Microsoft Management Console. I have tried the solutions given nothing, I have also tried reinstalling the vmware player and USB drivers but when I try to manually start the service I get error 31 and I've tried every possible solution I find on the web. In other PC with W7 as host OS, virtualizing XP and all functional correctly. can anyone suggest on this.. |

Do you have a machine with AMD? ... filters mounted USB AMD are responsible in that case. It is a USB Generic Service VMWare mistake when it is some kind of USB filters. |
