My mother contacted me about this error message that popped up when she booted up her computer. Along with this error message she said that the computer was sounding really loud. The error code was

Which operating system is installed in that pc and actually your mother is getting blue screen error on her computer. She is running Windows XP. The weird thing is from the picture that she sent me of it, it wasnt a blue screen error at all. It was just a pop up window stating the problem and some requesting information which seemed questionable to me.

I wanna make a correction, my mother's computer did have a blue screen error.The picture that was sent was after the reboot from the blue screen error. I am now at her computer and I do not see any yellow question marks in the device manager.
