I don’t think so it is a common thing to happen. Well it seems to stopping the user from the booting of the windows . there is need of restoring of the image taken before the occurring of problem. There are chances that snapman version could be different than that of expected by DD or something is there which could be conflicting with system.

After going through the issue of yours snapman driver could cause the issue with the other snapshot drivers. It seems to be result in the driver is not being seen or error at the time of backups and something like that.

According to me you should simply uninstall DD from the computer and reboot it. and you should download and install latest version of DD on your computer.
Also you can contact the Acronis technical support to get the further assistance on the issue which you have stated over here.
