Unable to play DVD and Blu-ray Disc in Nero 11 Platinum

I have installed the Nero 11 Platinum software on mine system and i have installed the latest updated of Nero 11 Platinum as well. Although everything i have done but i am not able to play anyone of the Video and movie DVD or blu-ray disc. Along with this mine Nero Kwik Media not working on any disc, while doing this i get the error message saying that:"Could no read disc, Re-entry?". anyone encounter this error message? please help me on this and thanks in advance...

Do this steps and then you can solve your issue. First open the Nero and after that select the create & Export\DVD\DVD-Video. If you have any MP4 video file just try import, while doing this see you will get patent activation. if you get the patent activation then try to import disc and then insert the disc. This import your videos to disc and you can play without any issue.

Hello thanks for the solutions and i have tried the steps as you said, i was able to import the MP4 file and i am also able to played but i wont seen any patent activation occurring. Although by these all things i am not able to play videos from Kwik Media and when i tried to play i get the same error message.

May be you not installed the Kwik play blu-ray and Kwik play DVD on your system and so therefore your getting the issue and so i would like to suggest you open the Nero Kwik Media and under that go to the market. now here make sure your installed the both this and if you have not installed then i would like to suggest you install the Kwik play blu-ray and Kwik play DVD.

AS you said that your not able to play DVD that means your purely have issue with the optical driver and so therefore your getting this issue. So i would like to suggest you to make sure able to play video on Nero Kwik Media. go to the library and try to play any one video, if you play video then you have issue with the optical driver.

hello thanks for the solution and i have just reinstalled the Nero 11 Platinum on mine system and after that i have solved mine issue. so if anyone have faced this type issue on Nero 11 Platinum and then i would like to suggest you to make reinstall the Nero 11 Platinum on your system and then you can solve your issue.
