Scan Buttons missing HP Solution Centre V14

I have bought HP Photosmart Premium c410a printer and I am facing problem with scanning. In my computer whenever I open HP Solution Centre at that time it does not show scan button. I don’t know what is wrong with HP Solution Centre but this problem is frustrating for me. Any help will be appreciated.

I was also facing same problem and then I have repair the Scan.msi in my computer and after repairing that all the things started working like a charm. I think you should also try this solution and then your problem will get soled. If you need any more help then let me know.

You can solve this problem by trying following steps.

First open start menu and then you have to %temp% in run and after that click on Ok. After clicking on that you have to delete all the files from there. Now you have to run installation file of printer software and after finishing the extraction you have to go to the temp folder in your computer and after that you have to look for the folder starting with the 7Z characters now in that folder you have to open setup folder and the scan folder. After that you have to right click on the Scan.msi file and you have to click on the repair and then complete the steps. I hope this will help you to solve this problem.

Thank you for helping me. According to your given steps I have repaired Scan.msi in my computer and after doing that when I open Hp solution center at that time it worked fine and I get Scan button in solution center. Thank you for helping me.
