Where can I download LMT installer

My computer is running Windows vista on that and want to know that where can I download the LMT installer which is compatible with the VISTA Home. also provide me some instruction about the installation of that. Please reply. Thank you.

I searched for this but not got any helpful result so I think that it is not published from the huawei. As far as talking about the capability then I would like to tell you that it is running properly with the Windows XP and so it should not show any problem with the Vista as well.However I was having some issue while installing the UGC platform.
