which software will give output video clarity as same as input video after all editing process is done?

that means without any change in video codecs.

There is a free software called Video Dub that allows you to cut easily parts from your video files without re-encoding but with any quality loss. In addition, this software allows to resize your videos, join parts of videos, cut a video part which interests you, save only the audio or ths video, re-encode the video, etc.

by using VideoDub then what is the type of output video will get?

Try Avidemux
Extremely flexible, and free! Doesn't have "undo" option, but you can save "project" along the way, and go back to save point. If you need exact frame editing for MP4 or similar, I usually convert to MJPEG, edit, then use Moyea to convert back to compressed FLV or MP4 format.
