Cannot View Hidden Folder Which I Hid Few Weeks Ago

I hid a few folders a few weeks ago in the my pictures folder. However, now hen i go to the 'Tools' option, i cannot see the 'Folder Options' button. Only 'Map Network Drive' , 'Disconnect Network Drive' and 'Synchronize' options are there.
Please help i need those files ASAP

Which operating system have you installed in your pc/laptop? It might be that this problem could be caused by a group policy. So try to run the attached batch file or do the following:
Click Start, choose Run and execute regedit.

Navigate to: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer]

Look for a value called NoFolderOptions on the right panel

Right click on the NoFolderOptions value and choose delete

Navigate to: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer]

Right click on NoFolderOptions on the right pane and choose Delete
