after recovering the deleted file getting error - files are corrupted

Hi all,
I wrongly deleted a folder last day..but recovered using a software. I got all the files back but unfortunately when I open it, it shows, the files are corrupted. what should I do in this situation? Is there any soft wares available there to recover it or any other tips? Please help...
