hp CDDVDW TS-L633R not working

When I Click on DVD Wrirer icon , CD/DVD cover come out and I got Message that "There is No disk in the Drive, Pease Insert Disk , I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate, Disk Driver is working perfectly, Also observe that When I insert Kaspersky Original CD it works, pls suggest solution Thanks in Advance

Re-install the DVD writer back again. For that go in Device manager and then right click on CD/DVD tool. Click on uninstall. Restart your pc and then check back. Windows will detect it as plug and play device. It works in most cases. You can run a fresh firmware update for the same to ensure more better performance.
