I have recently upgrade my computer from windows vista to windows 7 operating system and after upgrading the operating system when I tried to installed the Zune at that time I get this error message 0x8007648. please tell me what should I do to solve this issue?

Thank you for helping me. after going through your post I have first downloaded windows updates from its official site and after that I have also downloaded the Zune installation file and after that I have first update the windows and then install the Zune successfully. now all the things are working properly.
