Android media manager application for the PC

Recently I have downloaded the VCAST media manager, and used it but it doesn't pleasure me. Since it is same as the iTunes , and it also require money for the downloading purpose, so is there any third party application available which is similar to iTunes, and whose feature is same as the media manager for androids? I want to download such application for my Laptop, so is there any kind of information available to get such application. Any suggestion would appreciate to resolve this issue.
