Need download for Flash Player 11 for Windows or Macintosh

Hello friends, i wanted to have the direct downloads of Flash Player 11 for my tow computer, i have windows on one and other is apple computer. So you please tell me about it, that from where i can get it and download for both of my system. Please help me about it, thank you.

You might be need the uninstall for system, such a time you get error that the installation was unsuccessful,so you need to remove installed flash player, for that you need to have uninstaller for it, you better download it and get it from bellow.
