Just follow the below steps and after that you can solve the issue. to do this go to the start and after that make click on the run. now on the run type: %userprofile%\Application Data\Microsoft\Word\Startup and after that click on the OK button. now you will get the windows and under that delete the all files and folder you can also paste into desktop. now once you done and after that let me know the issue. |

Even i have faced the same things and after that i have gone through the below steps and after that i have solved mine issue. to do this you need to open the command prompt. on the command prompt type the below command and after that press the enter: ren %userprofile%\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates\Normal.dotm OldNormal.dotm Now once you finish this and then start the word and then let me know the issue. |

may be getting this issue due to the Add-ins and so therefore i would like suggest you to make Disable the Startup folder add-ins and after that you can solve the issue. to do this you need to go through the below steps: open the run on the start and after that type the below command on the run program: Quote:
