Troubleshooting for MediaGo on windows

I have bought new PSP recently and for that PSP I had today downloaded Media Go but the problem is that I am unable to install in to my pc its gives me error and the error says Unable to write to the temp directory and ask for the access for the writing on the folder is there anything I am doing wrong can anyone explain the steps for installation it would be very help full thanks

I have cd and when I run it on my computer its gives me the same error its says
  • There was an error during the installation
  • Contact your support personnel
  • One or more features could not be installed. The installation has been stopped.
  • Click Cancel to exit
I had tried about three or four time bit I was fail to make it work dose any one did any progress I am using windows Vista

I think it the operating system that is causing the problem I have read my forum that says the same problem and most of them are using the windows VISTA so the very simple solution is either use XP or upgrade it to Windows 7 may be this will help and needless to say that if you are not installing the program in administrator mode then the accesses problem come sometime. Usually its software ask for the administrator mode but some time some software ignore to asks this and if this is the case you can always right click and select the run as administrator this may help you

I think you are trying to run the program that why it’s asking the access to temporary folder may be you save it on the computer and then run it as administrator may be it will install properly
