I’ am trying to find drivers to WInPE as I am unable to connect my laptop to my home server. I have three desk top computer’s six laptop’s all connected to my home server, I have set up a small office in my garage! I brought this new Sony VAIO laptop and I’ am trying to connect it but it just won’t connect! I tried downloading latest drivers from Intel's website as well as the drivers provided by Sony without any luck. Need help.

Have you tried the Vista 32-bit driver? I downloaded this driver, and it comes up as Intel 82567LM-3 11.5.4.0 version, version date 11/05/2010. But still get "Could not find a valid network adapter." I downloaded the Del-WinPE-drivers-a02.cab and pulled all the x86 network drivers and imported it into SCCM. The entire downloaded file.
