    Initially you have to create c:\boot on your system and after that you have to share it with the same name. Subsequent to this you have to copy TFTPD32.exe and tftpd32.ini files on your created boot folder. Then after that you have to extract startrom.com, setupdr.exe and ntdetect.com. Once you done with it then change the name of startrom.com to startrom.0, setupldr.exe the same as NTLDR. After that copy BINLSRV, devlist.cache, nics.txt file I the created directory. Then after that you have to copy xpiso.iso. And after that create winnt.sif.

    Try to follow the below steps and see if that works for you or not:

    1. Create a folder, c:\boot
    2. Share the folder in the same name.
    3. Copy the TFTPD32.exe and tftpd32.ini files into c:\boot
    4. Extract and expand startrom.com, setupldr.exe, ntdetect.com
    5. Rename startrom.com as startrom.0, setupldr.exe as NTLDR
    6. Copy BINLSRV and the related devlist.cache and nics.txt file into the same dir.
    7. Copy the xpiso.iso which is the image of windows xp cd
    8. Create a winnt.sif file with the following content:
    [SetupData]
    BootDevice = "ramdisk(0)"
    BootPath = "\i386\System32\"
    OsLoadOptions = "/noguiboot /fastdetect /minint /rdexportascd /rdpath=xpiso.iso"

    After that start the client system and Press F12 for network service boot.
