Adding Click track to an MP3 in Audacity

Hello! Is there any way to add a track from an MP3? I would add a number 8 of the rhythm track at the beginning of the mp3 and go throughout the song. Also I have to have only the track, click the left channel and right channel music without the click. I can accomplish this? All help and replies will be greatly appreciated.

Upgrades to 1.3.13 Audacity and then follow these instructions:

    1. Open Audacity.
    2. Import the audio file to add the track, click (File menu)
    3. Listen to the track and the use of a clock, counting the number of beats in a minute. This will tell you click speed required in "beats per minute" (BPM).
    4. Tracks menu, select "Stereo to Mono".
    5. Click the track name and select "Right Channel"
    6. Tracks Menu> Create New> Audio Track
    7. Click the name of this new track and select "Left Channel".
    8. "Build menu> Click Track"
    9. Set the "tempo" of BPM counts for the music track
    10. Set "Number of measures [bar]" 2.
    11. Leave other settings at default and press OK.
    12. Select the "Tool Time Change" (double-headed arrow <-> ) And drag the music track to the left / right to the boot is aligned with the click track.

Note that it is likely that the count of "bpm" can be very little, so the rhythm track can move slowly over time with the other track. If you do have to make a small adjustment to the "tempo" setting, this can be very uncomfortable to get exactly right, so it is often easier to divide the track, click sections and make minor adjustments to the position of each section, so that each section is on time and derived in part is negligible.

There are two ways to do it - or use the "change speed" effect or the effect of "change of tone."
"Speed of Change" will change both the speed and tone (like playing a record or tape at a different speed). "Change Pitch" will keep the same pace and in this case can be a little easier to use, but the sound quality deteriorates a little. Whatever method you use, I recommend you change the tone before adding the click track.

I think the reason that only accepts integers is a solution for a bug in an older version of Audacity. From just a quick look at the plug-in I see no reason why we can not now be modified to accept the decimal setting tempo. You can get Audacity 1.3.13 Internet. You have to go with this version - when installed and Audacity has been restarted, it will appear as "Click on track 2."

A track is as an instrument in a symphony, or a voice in the dialogue. You can ski all you want, and they all blend together to create the final result, but for editing can manipulate each track independently. If you have an interview that was recorded with two microphones, everyone can go on a separate track. If you have background music which could be a third runway than it allows you to manipulate separately before mixing in the end.

The time to record or import audio from a file, you get a clue. In many cases, there are natural gaps in the audio - the silence between phrases, or pauses between phrases of music. These are good candidates for splitting the track into multiple clips, allowing you to manipulate the clips independently. There are five ways to get several clips in a track:

    • Divided in the middle of an existing clip.
    • Court divided in the middle of an existing clip.
    • Remove split in the middle of an existing clip.
    • Paste into an empty part of an existing track.
    • Drag a clip from a different track.
