Audio and video freezing on Divx player

Hello I have installed the Divx player on mine system and everything on the system working fine without any issue but from last one week whenever I open the video and audio file on mine Divx player I am not able to hear any sound and view video. I have also found that when I try to open the any video mine Divx player get stuck and freezes. Now I don’t what to do and how to solve the issue. Can anyone suggest on this issue and so that I can solve mien issue.

Even I have faced the same issue on mine system as well and I have tried the lots of solution to get ride this issue but none of them helped me to solve mien issue. Finally I have found that I am not installed the codec libraries on mine system and therefore I getting this issue. So I think you have issue on the codec libraries and I thi8nk you have not installed the codec libraries on your system and therefore I would like to suggest you to install the codec libraries and after that let me know the issue.

As you said that your Divx player freezing and I think this due to the compatibility issue and therefore I would like to suggest you to run the Divx player on the compatibility mode and after that let me know the issue. To run the Divx player on the compatibility mode you need to go through the following steps: make right click on the Divx plus Player and after that select the properties. Now on the properties go to the Compatibility tab and under that make check mark on the Disable visual themes and after that select the Windows XP (Service Pack2) on compatibility mode. Now once you done and after that click on the ok button and then let me know the issue.

May be you need to updated the driver on your system and after that your able to solve the issue. To update the driver on your system you need to go through the following steps: first make right click on my computer and after that select the properties. Now on the properties got o the hard ware tab and under that make click on the device manger. Now on the device manger locate to the sound card and also video card and here make sure that you have installed the driver. If you not installed the any driver and after that make right click on this and then updated the driver.

I think you may have issue on the setting of the DIVX player and so therefore your getting this issue and so therefore I would like to suggest you to make sure that you have appropriate setting on the Divx player and after that let me know the issue. if your facing same issue after this also and after that I think you need to contact the Divx support and after that got through your issue.
