How to remove the DIVX software in windows Vista?

Hello friends I have a desktop which is having a windows vista on it and I have been running DIVX on this I just downloaded it thinking it would be a nice player but it has been really big problem of mine it just gets stuck whenever I am trying to run some videos and all in it please tell me how to get rid of it I have been very frustrated of this one?

Well dude you need to go to the start button and then over there you would be finding an option for control panel hope you know about that and then in that search for the option of the programs and features or uninstall programs and feature when you would be clicking on it, it would be displaying all the software’s existing in your computer and there you would be able to get this DIVX and then you can uninstall it from there by double clicking it and then you are done.

Hey friend why you want to uninstall it I don’t understand it has been really a nice software and it has been running so nicely with me from so long I think it has been one of the best media player and you are removing it I think you have got some faulty setup just check out for that is the setup you have downloaded has the virus or some malware attached to it I think this would be the problem try re installing it I hope this would solve your problem.

Hello dear you can remove it from the control panel has been suggested of just go to program files and delete the complete folder and then remove all the shortcuts actually this is an very rough way to do it but you would be getting rid of this software then you can do one more thing just go to the start and then to all programs and there you can go to system tools and then just do system restore the pc would get back to the normal as it was before this software was been installed try doing that this would help you definitely.

Its simple by these steps one by control panel and remove hardware don't do delete it from the c program file when u do this some problem occurs so don't do that and i would tell you that do restore factory when there is a faulty installation because some time there is a registry problem and this would be remained when you remove the software so the system restore can solve this problem and you can re install the program nicely again so try doing that.
