Need documentation to use Quickweb in HP Mini 110 netbook

I recently purchased a HP Mini 110 Netbook by Studio Tord Boontje series from my cousin as mine went got damaged badly and I was running little short of cash. So, I have this particular issue with this particular laptop. Actually I am trying to use the HP Quickweb but I am unable to do so as I am very new to the following laptop and its different features. Can anyone show me right direction in using the HP Quickweb? If anyone has got any knowledge about the same, please feel free to reply back my post. Thank you.

The assistance which you provided seems to be very helpful but unfortunately I am unable to perform the same, as I am not having any documentations or manuals or user guides along with my laptop. I just got the laptop from my cousin. I am pleased with your gratitude and suggestion although it did not helped be.
