How to identify the programs is 32 bit or 64bit ?

Hi guys I have machine in that I am running windows 7 64 bit, and there are so many programs that I have got, or in other word I would say they are pre-installed in the machine, so among them I want to identify which either the running program or the process is either 32 bit or 64 bit, how can we identify that, is there any software that we have to use to view this information? And the main question is like what is the basic difference in that? any suggestion would be appreciated.

The vocal 32-bit and 64-bit belongs to the way a computer's processor also called a processors, handle information. The program which is developed for the 64-bit windows version can handles huge amounts of RAM more efficiently than a 32-bit system. the 64 bit programs are specially designed to work only with the OS which is 64 Bit, but if you are running the 64 bit system you can install 32 bit programs in that OS also.

This is frequently asked question I would say, 32 bit schema have been part of the conventional computing. consequently, the majority of the software and OS are intended to work with the 32 bit programs, but as the hardware get enhanced, it got a capability to run the 64 bit programs as well, and till the today date there are too many hardware that need a 64 bit operating system only and the 64 bit programs only to run.

Speed is not the only factor that you have to consider but as well as application such as multi-tasking, pressure taxing, and clustering for high-performance computing may be more suited to a 64-bit structural design when organized suitably. While you jump to another system I mean to say from 32 bit to 64 bit the main problem happens in the drivers, as you need to download other driver for your hardware.

Yeah you are right at some extent, in fact I have also heard about the software called Filever.exe, through which you can get all the information about the process and the software that you want to use, information such as its compatibility, its version, and the whether it is made for the 32 bit windows or for 64 bit, you can download this tool from the internet, and can make of it.

Windows 7 installed machine two program files folders, and though that only we can determine whether the software that we have installed and running is either 32 bit or 64 bit, I believe that program files x86 refers to 32 bit applications, and other for the 64 bit application, so through that you can get that you can run the 32 application on the 64 bit windows but you can’t use the 64 bit application on the machine running 32 operating system.
